HELP!! 457IE which way???
Hiya!!
Hope someone can please help us out!!
We on old 457ie visa do we have to go with EBA visa or can we go with new pr visa that has taken over from this one??.
Seems to have less criteria to try and achieve e.g lower assets needed to qualify, only have to employ 1 aussie.
Also to try and get extension visa do we have to have all assets they need for pr to apply for the extension visa or can we try and build up assets in the extra 2 years the extension gives us??. We have 18 months left on 457 and have just sold business that didnt work, are looking at new business to buy and with limited money left now are looking to build up assets in the next 18 months to try and qualify for pr but if we dont have the extra 2 years to do it may not be possible.
Any comments would be fantastic on this one -really worried!!!!

Thanks for your reply Jaj. Just wanted an idea, i know i should go to an agent but money is a bit tight at the moment.
