help

Yes i keep asking about this my hubby was born in australia and he will be a citizen and so will the 2 kids. this lady told me that paul and the kids do not have to have a medical but we think we do. please could any one help.

Sounds like something Welshboybilly could help with. I have done a serach but can't find anything in the archives to help.

No your hubby and kids do not need to have a medical if they hold aussie passports and are citizens.
i was born there Sydney and have 3 kids and only had to apply for spouse visa for other half and that was straightforward done in 20days front loaded.
