Why? Due to occupation? Have you considered employer sponsorship options? Do you not have enough points for GSM 175?

If you meet the qualifying criteria for GSM there are usually a couple of other options you can consider - depending on where you want to/are prepared to live.

Nice username manlove! ACT (Canberra) is a nice place, however you haven't stated your line of work, the govt must be the biggest employer in Canberra and many of its jobs which require access to information (I'm thinking IT) require citizenship and PR's cannot apply.
