Hello Sailor
Spent the last 3 days out on the boat.
Left the marina at Redcliffe, where it is moored, and went to Tangalooma where we anchored up and messed about for a while.
caught a few fish and drank a lot of beer
Here is a pic of Mrs G and me being deckhands.
That is the breeze in my shirt.....not muscles
Got so used to the roll of the boat that we are both still rocking

Re: Hello Sailor
Now thats the life.
I'll admit that I would really like to spend a few days travelling about like that.
All I've got is one of these.... I haven't used it in ages either
1. Because I dont have a boat Licence....
2. Because I'm too busy damn well working. .... most of the time...

Re: Hello Sailor
I remember another picture of it - I thought the same - not a boat - but a gin palace!
Very timely G - myself and a mate are looking into building one. He's the designer, I'm the gofer, so I don't care what it looks like - let's see where we get to.

Re: Hello Sailor
It's certainly a big boat....getting on for 50 feet in length but not 10 metres wide.
It was a gin palace on Xmas day....we had 3 fridges on the go to hold the beer, wine and Champagne.
Sadly, it is not mine.....it belongs to my son and his G/F.....I could not afford the diesel
Still.....if they won't let us on it we will stop his pocket money
