Hello all in Melbourne
 

Hello ..
Finally moved from Sunbury-upon-Thames to Reservoir !!
I applied whilst working in Dubai in 2004 but then had to head back to Europe for some more travel before trying down under ..
Nearly a month in and where do I begin ?

1. Our baby daughter Jaan born on 4/12.. so sleepless nights etc etc ..
2. Gotta a job with a bank in the city ..
3. Getting used to a 1/2 hr commute which is ace ..
4. Can't figure out where to buy .. too many suburbs within budget and market a tad lacklustre .. don't want to make a mistake in respect of suburb selection.. or indeed to rent first ..
5. Can't figure out the beneficial lifestyle yet but perhaps that is because of the sleepless nights!

Would be gr8 to meet other brits!!
