heart op medicals assessment questions help?!

hi im 32 and have had a heart valve replacement due to a virus getting in to my bloodstream via a dodgy tooth 2 years ago,i have been passed ok by my heart surgeon as im on no medication due to having a HUMAN VALVE,WHICH SHOULD LAST 20 OR MORE YEARS, and wonder if this wil BE CLASSED AS PUTTING A STRAIN ON THE AUSSIE NHS, or does anyone think this will be ok???
