Health & Safety ?
I am a welder, looking to move to Oz. The only problem I have is that I MAY have a criminal record in the next few months due to a Health & Safety violation at work. Never had a problem in the 39 years I've been alive and now this, 
. Will this affect my chances? Sorry if some have already seen this on the Immigration Forum.
