Yeah we feel totally at home, but always have done.

We're still trying to get our arses into gear to sell the house just not sure what to do:blink:

The work situation is about the same and I've stopped looking for something permanant as we'll be moving too far away.

No Aussie accent here, Henry has one.
The odd word will come out but no still a cockney;)

The other side of town is the plan at the moment, but who knows things may change by the time we get the sell. It could be a while.

We can't make up our mind about agents the ones we should go with who have all the properties around here just don't feel right.

The one who we like that feels right has none round here.

It depends on what we can get for it we've had $340k- $410k values but we wont know until we get an offer or two.

We're going to need at least $365k to make it feasible.
