has the immi website changed recently

has the immi website changed recently
The immi website seems to have change and it seems harder to find things, like booklet 6 etc, is it just me or has the layout change once you enter the general skilled category pages.
it also seems like things lurk around every corner, eg you have a standard chk list for the 136 visa, however when you read the booklet 6, it says on the sides of some of the pages, this page must be included in your application, but on th 136 checklist it never says anything about pages which must be included from booklet 6. Is there anywhere else where things are not necessarily obviously stted which need to be included in our application.
