We used them in March so can only vouch for their service in the UK (we havent got it back yet!) and they were great. Very efficient and very friendly!

We had a terrible time using them. A huge amount of stuff was 'lost' (all resaleable stuff) or broken. They never bothered to pack most of our stuff and never wrote an inventory, which we had to make up by trying to remember, before customs would release our stuff. Afterwards, they found some of our big items in other peoples containers, with only our name on, not even the country. They released my vehicle before customs had cleared it, which was the only hold I had on them regarding compensation. I think we had a list of 70 things that they showed negligence on. To some extent there is a lot of luck involved in getting someone good, but i certainly could never recommend them after what they did and the lies they all told afterwards. Because they are a franchise, the different countries have no financial ties at all. They all blame each other and it makes getting compensation for their incompetence, very very difficult.

We used them and found them very helpfull a south african rep called Mark I think very good. We are here now and our stuff got here about 9 weeks after us nothing broken or missing very good. good luck.
