Has anyone got visa grant by post instead of e-mail?
Hi all,
I have a quick question which I hope someone can answer to put my mind at ease. We phoned up DIMIA on 19/04 to be told that we had been granted our visa that day and a letter had been sent out detailing everything.
Now my problem is, that as yet, we have received no e-mail confirming that the visa has been granted and our agent (Alan Collett) knows nothing about it. All other visa grants seem to have been e-mailed out and I am getting worried that we have not actually got it yet. I looked on my 47SK form and it states that we would like all correspondence by e-mail.
Does this sound odd or am I worrying about nothing??
Please put my mind at ease
Emma

My agent got an e-mail when ours was issued. I would expect the same to happen for you.
Give it until mid week and then contact your CO again to see what's going on.
