Edwards family

We have been looking at Ridge Brook in Woombye which is a new estate about 10-15 mins inland from the coast. It looks really nice and the prices seem very reasonable for the size of the plots. We are arriving in Australia in Jan 08 and are going to put this on the list of places to look. Just wondering if anyone else has looked and see if we could get some feedback before arriving.
