I used them to get a quote on my Navara. They basically put you in touch with a local dealer who you then deal with. I didn't use the dealer they put me in touch with but I had a price as a guide when I negotiated with other dealers. I got the Navara yesterday.

No prob. It's the new version (D40) ST-X 2.5L Diesel Navara. I paid $45300 with some extras. I think I got a good deal on it. I love it, it's huge, loads of power & looks good. I prefer it to the Hilux which is good but overpriced.

Spooky - i quite like the Mitsi GLXR - close but not the same league

I had a look at the new Mitzi (in the UK) the other day, it had 5 speed gearbox (Nissan has 6), 130BHP (Nissan has 170) and a smaller cab and buck. I was suprised as I was expecting it to be better than the Nissan.

Now I need to decide whether to get a new Navara or a 2nd hand Patrol

Any thoughts anyone?

Can't comment on the Navara or Patrol have you looked at a Toyota Prado, we looked at one or two on our reccie last year seemed reasonably priced. We arrive on the Sunshine coast/ Buderim on the 20th April and have decided to go after one of these. Let you know if we see any quality used Navara's or Nissan Patrols whilst on our travels.

Hi there. I approached them last year and got a quote for a new Toyota Yaris. Toyoto were quoting in excess of $18,000 on the road, and this company came back with $16,900 on the road. I am looking to buy one in the next couple of months, and will be getting an up to date quote nearer the time.

The Mitsubishi Triton is just about to be replaced in Australia with a new model which is already available in the UK as Kevin says. It's radically different from the current model, I really like the look of it. You should be able to get a really good deal on the existing model. I was quoted $38k OTR last year so you should be able to get it for less than that. The GLX-R is ok, although it is a bit dated now. The Navara that is sold in the UK has a higher spec than the one sold here & a higher price tag.

I havent bought from here, but am very aware of this site. We have bought two new cars since arriving, and on both occasions I got quotes from discount new cars, then took that quote to a dealership and told them to beat it, which they did on each occasion, so it is worth using as a guide, but probably having the security of buying from your local dealer is better.
