I'm frome the the US but I want to study in new zealand.
I did this form thing months ago but I havent herd from them sholud
I take that as a no?

If you want a decent answer from anyone here, you'll have to refine your question quite a bit.

1) What level of studies do you intend to pursue in NZ?
2) What form did you fill up and who did you submit it to?
3) Who have you not heard from? NZIS? The NZ University that you wish to enrol in?
