Exclamation Harbord, Fairlight, Seaforth, Or Balgowlah?!?!

Just after some assistance about where to move to?
We've set our heart in this general area - anyone know any pros/cons about each place?
We're moving in a couple of months and will obviously be assessing the different places first, but ANY help from people that have actually been/lived there would me be very much appreciated.
Cheers all - any special words of wisdom mean I'll probably buy you a when we arrive
Cheers!
Chris

Did you read my reply to your previous post on this?
My preference would be Harbord as it's got a good little beach, family friendly and a sense of community in the 'village' centre. Are you looking to buy or rent?

Hi!

Ta for message. We'll have to rent for a while when we first get out there, but buying a property is definitely the target, preferably asap.
