Just to let everyone know that my stepdaughters real dad has decided to sign the stat decleration after 6 weeks of lawyers letters etc etc. We can now carry on with our application. Yipee

Great news to hear this. A lot of them seem to agree whent hey realise they are fighting a losing and expensive battle.
Get him to sign that Affadavit now!! And send your appplication off- you don't need to send the permission off with it- it can follow later on. |
