and the best bit is its a damn site cheaper here
for example mcguigans ( another good shiras was 7 / 8 quid a bottle in our local spar in manchester ) 8 dollars a bottle here so i can afford 2.2 times more ( current exchange rate )

Our first Australia day All of the neighbours are having a BBQ together which should be good. My hubby has to work at Darling Harbour (got a military parade) but will be back about 4pm ish so should still get time to enjoy with all of us. I feel very honoured to be able to be a part of it today. so after 18 months of stress and paperwork we can finally sit back and know it was all worth it.

Any ideas what to do with my neighbour who cranked up his Karaoke machine at 10pm last night and sang till 1am this morning? He cant sing a note in tune which doesn't help at all. The kids have been up so are pretty grotty this morning. Such is life though and I will enjoy this day lol!!!

Happy Australia day to you all

Rip out the page from the yellow pages with singing lessons on it and hand it to him at 6 am.

Well we live opposit the hall so if we fall in the right direction we land on our front yard. So maybe we will improve our Australianness by just falling onto the front yard and waking up there in the morning surrounded by empty tinnies .
