Also www.news.com.au is australian newspapers online, you can look up jobs, homes, classified ads etc.

Also take a look at at www.movingdownunder.co.uk has loads of links to all sorts of stuff that we came across while looking for various bits and bobs, also links to books, maps and all that type of gear. Plus finance, schools, newspapers. Keep you busy for a few minutes.
