Hairdressing Work Experience Before You Qualify
:lecture: Has anyone got the rules for working in the occupation you wish to travel to oz under. i am training to be a hairdresser because its on the list they want. i need to know if i have to wait till i am qualified before the working experience is
recognised? Does this make sense? TA lisa

all work experience is post qualification, my friend who is emigrating and is a mental health nurse,( these are in demand and fast tracked) needed to get her 12 months post qual exper for points.

As a Hairdresser you must be fully qualified by way of apprenticeship and have 12 months fulltime work experience as a qualified Hairdresser in the last 18 months.
You could always ask a migration agent such as Darren Chatt at www.visa-go.com, I'm a Hairdresser and he guided me through the process without any problems.
