Default hairdressing job offer help for my mum?

Hiya guys im new to this site,

Me and my partner are planning on going it alone!...ahh sending the skills asssement off next week, his mum and brothers have been in rockingham area for 29 years now we would like to join them, i amdue to have our first child in october so a new start for us sounds fab.

My mum wants to come to, we are so close couldnt cope without eachother so i am just about to begin rsms visa process with an agent for her.

we have to find her a job offer in area outside perth ie mandurah etc, its not a sponsership so wont cost the company a bean.

She is a hairdresser with 35 years + experience inc managerial and 54 years old so we have got to move quick!
Once we have had the offer the agent will sort the rest for us but this is the hard bit. does anyone know of any jobs going or where i can look, ive been on net for hours and not having much look.

any help would be much appreciated,
Gem xx

Have you tried employment websites like www.seek.com.au, www.careerone.com.au etc.

There may be some employment agencies that specialise in Hairdressers not sure though.

Worth a try

Hi Gem
i am also a hairdrsser moving later to oz next year. in certain parts of oz you do have to have a lecence to practice as a hairdresser. i am moving to queensland, brissbane. and i do not need to have a licence. think this is somthing that you might need to look into, for your mum.
good luck with the job hunting.
i have been looking on seek and have mafde a few contacts with people looking for workers. but i am not going to get a job till i am over there.
