Oh Hilary,

So sorry to hear that. I had no idea.
I know from experience just how loving, caring, affectionate and adorable our boxers are.....and just how attached you can get to them!

We love ours to bits, despite her misgivings, (of which there are many!)...she's currently bounding around the garden with an empty PJ smoothie bottle which she stole from the rubbish bin earlier today....tut! :rolleyes:

Am sure lil' Bailey will bring you so much joy..

It was really hard to decide if we should get Bailey or not but when I see them both together it was the right one. :D
As our vet said her last few weeks/months will now be playful instead of miserable (good job puppies sleep alot) ;)

She doesnt seem Ill at all but she's walking in circles all the time among other symptoms

I feel for you Hilary, I really do. As a dog lover I can't imagine how hard it is to say goodbye to them. :(

I never got the chance to say goodbye to my Poppy, my first dog, also a schnauzer, who died tragically in Scarborough on a day out. Absolutely devastated me at the time, in fact sat here in tears at the mo. Anyway after that, we knew we just had to have another dog, so went straight out two days later to look at a dog who was expecting pups, and decided that was that, and we would have another one.There is just something about dogs, they give such unconditional love.

Anyways, you have a beautiful little pup, whom I'm sure will give you years of love and affection. Give her a big kiss from me. :D

bailey has got the exact same colouring as poppy when she was a puppy.
wouldnt do without her, shes soooo dolally :D

I am so jealous! I've got a 7 year old boxer called Rosie and desperately want another one but not allowed until we get to Oz. Bailey is so cute, pity they don't stay that small though!
So sorry to hear about your other dog. I can't bear to think about losing Rosie. Is that condition common in Boxers, I seem to have heard it before?
