Nice to see your your sister has penned a letter to the local free paper here seems like a nice girl .
The council are letting her lovely estate in Duncraig go to rack and ruin , seems that they have turned off the retic because of cost and its pulling power from some poor sods house.
She having not been here long enough to know that developers will plant and maintain the site up to the sale of the last blocks then its up to the councils who 9 times out 10 will stop this level of care or charge the householders extra rates .
For this to happen all have to agree to the extra charge great in the wealthy areas but hard work in the more working class ones where every penny counts as she is now finding out .
Whinging Poms rule okay?
