Bl***y Redland Council!
Still havent started building yet..... the council say that the land is still in AV Jernning's name..... dunno how we completed the land sale on the 14th November.....

the builder ses they are no doubt on wind down prior to xmas.... but every week that passes is another weeks rent..... boomie

yeah its a pain in the arse...then the trades shut down for 4 weeks over chrissy usually. ours started early Feb and was complete end July.......well was a few days late and we had to move out our rental so we snuck in b4 completion, and before builder got his dosh....we had no shower screens and no garage door...lol garage was full of all our stuff too
the time frame for us of the end of march is slipping away...... but the builders have said that alot of trades want the extra work over the xmas break..... so fingers crossed

all i know is that the water info is ok..... we have had a letter through the post re that..... but they said that av jennings still has ownership of the land which they dont.... the builder has taken copies of everything to the council..... who fail to acknowledge receipt atm..... total mess....

Owners consent form gets round all this, it happens all the time, settlement to council records often takes 6 weeks or occasionally longer to show up, if the lands still in the developers name a owners consent form is signed saying they give permission for you to start building, back it up with your settlement docs if you wish.
