great news
Hi everyone
Been out to lunch today, saying goodbye to very dear friend of mine, had too much to eat too much wine etc, only to find when I got home had to ring solicitor, she left a message for us to call, when we were home,
we have finally exchanged contracts, complete on 29th May
Yippheee were off to oz for good
isn't this great

Glad to hear of your news, as soon as you told us that your buyers had moved stuff into your garage I knew you were onto a sure cert!

That's fantastic news Yve. We're in the same boat with trying to sell our house and it's a very traumatic experience.

Hi Yve, great news. i bet your so excited and so you should be.! I wish you and your family all the best and email us when you get there and have settled in, and been down the beach, after laying in the warm sunshine, after having a few tinnies, when the barbi finished. (smile)

Thanks everyone! But had to sober up quickly, would you believe it the washing machine packed up completely, couldn't do without one this week especially, Dave brought a new one which we will bring with us. the cheapest one going, he's plumbing it in now.
typical isn't it!!!! still we are still smiling
