The only winner on this i think is the Tax man. You have to pay tax on the rent, (and if i am correct and correct me if i'm wrong) any amounts taken across after 6 months of migrating then you have to pay capital gains tax.

I will just hold the next viewers to ransom......

I`ll add my congratulations on to all the others. We have (fingers crossed) just sold our house - it took about 10 weeks - only a handful of people - beginning to wonder what was wrong with it!! Just hold on - I`m sure you`ll sell it soon. Best of luck.
