SUBCLASS 100 Permanant Spouse VISA has been GRANTED for my Partner and my Stepson We would like 2 thank all on BE for all there help and kind words, doesnt mean we still wont be popping on here again ;) .

As we had trouble with stepsons father signing letter 2 let me and his mother take him 2 Australia, as he had no Parental Responsibility didnt stop us as we got a solicitor stating that he had no Parental Responsibility, and CO requested 1 more solicitor letter stating that his real father has not been 2 courts for parental order, got letter sent off. and now been granted.

So for any1 in similar situation whit step children we hope that this post helps you in making a better future for ur family.

CO Allocted - 14/10/09
Letter from CO Requesting more info - 19/10/09
Sent more info - 16/10/09
Granted 26/11/09
