Got An Offer!!!!!!
Got an offer on the house today Brilliant news.
They have sold there home SSTC to a first time buyer so hopefully we will have some good luck this time.
Keeping our house on market untill we get some communication from soliciters to say its all progressing ok as once bitten twice shy as the saying goes!!!
Feel good we may get out there before my 40TH!!!ahhh(Feb)

Great Nwes Thom.... fingers crossed for you.
I was desperate to get to Melbourne for my 40th aswell. looks like I,ll be making that. It is on Australian day , so I,ll have a national holiday on my birthday each year...yippee
