Default got my visa 2 months ago, only found out today

Hi all,

I applied for a spouse visa at the end of July and it was granted on 13th September. Unfortunately, because my wife never checks her e-mails, I only found out today when I e-mailed to ask why it was taking so long.

Anyway, now we have to start to think about moving to Australia. I think I may wait until the Ashes is over, as I don't think I could bear watching it with the Aussies (especially after our teams performance against the Prime Ministers XI).

We plan to go for a year and see how we get on. My wife is an Aussie, and we have lived in England for 10 years.

So nice to see this excellent website, and I'll let everyone know how we get on.

Rob.

Good Luck Rob.. and belated congratulations on getting the visa

I'm concerned that they'll cancel all visas if we beat them on their home soil!! :scared:
