 TO All,

They requested medical test on 07/07/05. Sent all the forms with E mail.
But didn't send PCC request form. How they a taking PCC ? A they send it directly to Local police ? Or sending it later ?

I sent form 80 with application.Pls help to clarify this matter.

DIMIA don't send a form for the PCCs and they don't apply to your local police either. You have to do this yourself!

You don't say which country you're from so can't advise you further. You'll need to find out what the procedure is in your country for getting PCCs and then follow that procedure.

*Probably* to your case officer. But, not knowing which country you're applying from and which visa you're applying for I can't say for sure. We are applying from the UK for a 136 visa, and had to send the PCCs to our case officer at the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre. But it may be different for other visas.

You may get a more definite answer if you post your question (with more details) on the Immigration Forum.

Check your place (ask your authority, Iguess Passport Office) about PCC. After you have done that send it across to DIMIA.
So they (DIMIA) has no say over your PCC, its your local Govt. office whos going to issue it.
Good Luck.
