I've got Crown coming out in just over a week. Getting abit nervous now not sure what i'm suppose to be doing. Sorted out garage and just over half way through cleaning tools and garden furniture. Do Crown pack everything? Am i supposed to get some stuff packed, and what about beds do i have to take them apart before they come. Any help would be much appreciated as my house looks totally normal which is freaking me out considering with got to be out 2 weeks today.

Did you check with them when booking as to what they'll pack and what you can start on?
It may help if you could prepack non-breakable things like books etc. Also it would be a good idea if you break the beds down to save time on the day. You could put up with sleeping on a mattress on the floor for a few nights. Every little bit helps speed the process up as I can guarantee on the day it will be total chaos.

we used John Mason and they packed everything..... we took our beds apart and just slept on matteresses on the floor for a couple of nights which was fine...
We then put stuff in order so as when we unpacked it this end , it would be organized ...(which is very unlike me !!!!! lol )

Crown do all your packing for you.We got them out for a quote and will be using them soon.
We'd already packed about a dozen boxes of stuff too.Still its just a matter of them transferring stuff from one box to another and this will make them responsible for breakages.
