gorgon project
Does anyone know how far the Gorgon project has gone regarding work on the site, and how long will the jobs last for, I am a instrument tube fitter/bender and looking for work on the project.

CBI, Leightons and Laing O'Rourke will be manning in the next 4-6 months.
Should last another 4 years, 5-6 if Chevron go-ahead with 4th train they applied for enviromental permission for last week. Assuming they don't run out of money first.

LNG plant mechanical/electrical construction hasn't started yet, site civil preparation not complete, construction camp less than 50% complete, LNG jetty not started, marine offloading facility about 50%. LNG tanks should have started 6 months ago, the first of 2 concrete plants to build their foundations isn't finished and if it was hasn't enough water yet to make any concrete.

Gorgon will take years. What about Pluto though?
