Gooseberry Hill or Roleystone, Perth Hills
Been looking at some fairly spacious houses in Gooseberry Hill and Roleystone, Perth Hills. The former gives you slightly more house for your money than the central suburbrs, the latter much more. Any experiences, advice, opinions gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.

Roleystone looks nice but has loads of social problems hoons etc, according to my Chiropractor who is currently looking for house in Gooseberry Hill.
So guess Gooseberry Hill is a good choice, think the hills are slightly warmer and a bit of a commute to city, but I do like Gooseberry Hill.

From your previous posts, I think you're returning to Blighty? If I've got it right, bon voyage.
Many thanks!

Think Roleystone is relativeley cheap cos of distance from Perth and good schools. It's hotter in the summer. Colleagues live there and have for years. There are some great houses there.

Thanks very much, I guess it would be no hotter than Gooseberry Hill? Any opinion on the voracious biting flies?
Thanks again
