Good time to find job in Sydney / Melbourne ?

I'm an IT professional with 10 yrs experience. I plan to arrive in Sydney in the first week of June 08.

Is it a good time to arrive to find a job ?

I know nothing about IT but would suggest you start looking at www.alljobs.com.au to get an idea of what is available now. Am sure things won't change that much in a few months.
