Me, my wife and family are looking to emigrate to australia, but have no idea where! We have some freinds In Ulladulla south off Sydney, but property seems a bit pricey around Sydney.
Is there any good websites for searching out a place to live or advice in general?
Preferably somewhere near the coast with reasonable property prices.

l don't think using web sites is the best way to decide whereabouts in Australia to live , as each cities web-site is only going to say positive things about the city is is advertising .
The best thing to do is to travel around the country yourselves.
