Good rental coming up-Gold Coast [hen's teeth]
 

We are moving out of our rental at the end of March. Four bedrooms, one down, two bathrooms, one en suite, double garage, air conditioniong, good gardens and a decent pool - all for $410 a week. (Pool maintained and paid for by the owner). Quiet cul de sac but only a few minutes to the M1, (45 mins to Brisbane) and 15 mins to Surfers.
Good rentals in this area are really hard to find, so be quick!

You wouldnt actually be the landlord, getting some free advertising wouldya on your very first post, and attempting to impersonate it as a favourable gesture ?

No they are not - they took the rental over from us in december and now wish to break their lease and trying to help another UK family with the transition!

You don't say what surburb its in. My cousin and family moving here next month (arrive 13 March and in holiday rental for a week or so) and will be looking in and around Robina (although the above sounds a bit cheap for a rental house in Robina:() Think they'd prefer a complex-type rental, but I'm sure they'll be open minded. pm me with details if you like.
