Good post if you are planning to Build in OZ.
Read Stoneys link under his post "Any Brickies going to Perth". The description of the building process there would also be very true for Queensland, Parts of NSw. I think the booming housing market here may be a bit of a surprise for some of the newcomers and this post will give a realistic example of timeframes.
