Good news?
For those interested or following my case, I won the Court case nearly 3 weeks ago giving me pernission to take my daughter with me to Australia. Took 10 months in total so my application went on "Hold".
AHC contacted me today to request certified copies of the Court Order (released today) and confirmation from my Australian Employer (I am being sponsored) that the job is still required and available.
Both of which they are and official documents verifying are on their way to them right now!
Getting closer..................
