Good Fare?
 

We are going over to Oz for Christmas and New Year this year to visit relatives and make sure Oz is really for us.
We have been given a fare with Etihad for £3000 for two adults and two children (going just before Christmas and coming back 2nd week in Jan). That is flying from Manchester to Brisbane and return. Is that pretty reasonable given that it is high season?

Friends have just booked with SG, SYD - MAN - SYD for $635 each. plus taxes etc I would think. Seems incredibly low to me but it's some sort of special.
