Gold Coast Waterparks - which is best and why?

Ok we're heading to the Goldie for Easter weekend, so which is better for the two of us to just mess about in, Wet 'n' Wild or Whitewater World?

I've been to wet 'n' wild and really enjoyed it

It was 10 years ago though and I've never been to the other one, so probably best to ignore me

which is best and why ?

Wet'n'wild. Because my daughter says so

And don't forget to take 'home made' food, the food on sale inside is really expensive.

Wet n' Wild is much better than White Water. Not been to either but everyone I know who has all say WnW. More rides and they're just better apparently.

Wet n Wild...

And make sure you get there early because there are lots&lots of attractions and you should see all of them. At this time of year I think they are open only till 5 PM.

Have a happy Easter :)

Wet N wild seems to keep you busier and is the more popular of the 2 waterparks.Theres also things there for all ages.
Just check about taking your own food though, someone i know went a couple of weeks ago and said they have stopped you taking your own food in.

"non-stop entertainment with all the thrills and spills you can handle"
 They like their excitement up on the Sunny Coast, don't they

Wet n' Wild is one of the last parks that allow your own food -
'You are allowed to bring a picnic lunch into Wet'n'Wild Water World however, no commercially prepared food or alcohol can be brought into the park. Due to safety regulations, glassware of any kind is also prohibited. Coin operated Barbecue facilities are available as well as plenty of shady retreats to enjoy your lunch'.

which is a bit odd considering Movie World don't allow you to and state that their rules are in line with 'standard industry practice' and they are part of the same group.

Hi,

Can you tell me where you can get these passes? Just in the process of sorting a May trip. Thank you.

Although the $69 pass is for QLD residents only, there may be other offers, didn't look.

Only $2.50 to get in and I bet the ice creams are cheaper than the Gold Coast.

AND The Big Pineapple is just down the road.

Bonus!
