The annual suburb guide to Gold Coast / Northern NSW is printed today and is available inside todays Gold Coast Bulletin. For people newly arrived or already established it makes an interesting read, each suburb is described in detail including demographics, dwelling type spread, tenure of dwellings, rental market median rents, and property values over the last 5 years. It gives useful information and may help people make sense of the dozens of different areas.

Tonights Bulletin completely sold out eveywhere in Robina, but managed to get a free suburb guide from Woolies, they had spare copies of the supplement going if anyone else is interested..they are open till 9pm and you just ask n get em free
