Re: Gold Coast Rentals (advice please)
Hi - We too are emigrating to the Gold Coast in October. We have booked into the Pelican Cove Resort for 4 weeks. They are self contained apartments with washer/dryer etc. If you phone them you can get a good discount. We are paying just over £300 per week but have agreed to do our own washing of sheets and towels etc to secure that price. Their web site is: http://www.pelican-cove-resort.com/. Good luck with everything. Clare
we emmigrated 2 years ago we also came from north wales im a chippy if theres any more info you need just ask we live in northern new south wales 50min drive from surfers good luck with the move.

We are currently staying at the Pelican Cove Resort, the kids love it, and the managers have been really, really helpful - they've even written a reference for us to get a rental.
We have been here for just over a week and today we have been looking at different areas to rent in, we're all getting a little fed up though! We'll probably have to extend our stay here.

They went to NZ last Friday, but I believe they may not be coming back here! We're missing them.
We've been up and down the coast but we quite like Robina and we're looking at quite a few rentals tomorrow. The oh has an interview at Mermaid Waters tomorrow and a 2nd in Robina.
