We have regular meet ups on the gold coast, and are always looking to meet new faces, so if anyone is new to the Gold Coast, or been here a while but just havent taken that step towards meeting new people, feel free to join us. Our next pub meet is 1st May at the Grand Hotel in Labrador. We also have a party cruise, fishing trip and spa day lined up. Join our group on facebook: 'Gold Coast Social'. Facebook became too political, can you believe? The group is no longer running, however, there are around 30 of us still meet up. Next meet is in the Grand Hotel in Labrador.

lived on the GC for about 2 1/2 years then went back to uk for 18 months have been back here since Sept 09. what about you.

Gutted, we arrive on 6th May so will just miss the meet up. Will aim to make the next one.

Kirsty I also couldn't find the fb group - what's the best way of keeping up to date with catch up's? Just on here?

Mentioned fishing trip to hubby and he's very much up for it!

Hey Guys I've been in Aus for 5years but only just made the move from Perth to the Gold Coast. Love to meet some new friends! Expat network was real good in Perth with weekly meets, so would love to make good friends here in Gold Coast also! alx
