Gold Coast accomodation
We are moving to a new house we built on the same block near Nerang, QLD. The market is dire here at the moment, it's a real buyers market and we have been unable to sell our current property. In the short term we are thinking of letting it out.
If anyone moving over here is interested in a short term let, from a month or more, please pm me. It is a 3 bedroomed house in a great location. As we live next door we should be able to help any new migrants find their feet at the same time.
Note to moderators, yes I know it's advertising but I might be able to help someone out as most agents around here only want to rent unfurnished for a minimum of 6 months.
