Going Separately On Sirs Visa
It is looking increasingly likely that i may have to go ahead of my wife with my 19 year old daughter as our house is still not sold after 12 weeks on market. Does anyone know if we are ok to enter separately or doe we all have to enter the country together

The main vis aholder has to validate either first or at the same time as all other applicants. So if you are the main visa holder it's fine for you to go first with your daughter, if however your wife is the main applicant she will have to go either first or at the same time.
Also she needs to go before the first entry date, this can be for a short visit or for good.
