Going, Going, Gone
Finally sold the house after 21 viewings in 3 weeks. After the first sale fell through. This time first time buyers with lots of cash. We had 6 offers last week but wanted someone with no chain and cash to spend. What a relief. Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed and get everything done quickly, so they don't have time to change their minds.

God 21 viewings in three weeks. I have only had one viewing in three months. Anyone know any good estate agents in Langdon Hills, Essex?

HTH, I did the above and sold to complete ended up being 8 weeks

We live in Stanford Le Hope and our friend in Corringham just sold their house through an agent called Quirk Denkin, they had loads of people through the door. They tried Bairstow Eves first but had hardly anyone.
The telephone number is 08000 323252.
Another good one is Newhaven, they have just started out so are really trying to impress, another one of our friends has their property up with them 01375 640101.
