Going back to uni in Oct, will this effect my application?

As I inttend to apply in Nov and then apply for state sponser in Nov.

Hi, I'm affraid that you really haven't given enough information about your situation exactly. Uni degrees from outside OZ are well excepted here so that shouldn't be an issue, but you say your going "back" to uni in October, and applying in November, when do you graduate? Are you planning on completeing your course before you come or trying to get a student visa and continuing your studys over here? If you give more information on your problem or concerns I'm sure people on here will be only to happy to give you some advice.

One interesting route you could take is to study your degree via Open Universities Australia and then complete it when you arrive either on campus or continue on that route.

OUA is excellent and represent our top uni's in Australia.

Im a computer science graduate with over seven years of experience, My contract will be finishing in the end of this month

So I am going back to take one year ful time advance masters course in computer science. Objective is to stand out from other it guys

At the end of july, i applied to ACS for assessment, which should come back around end of OCT.

Which i will then apply for visa and state sponser(i know going back to uni for ss is alright).

But i dont know about the main sponcer
