It is a Southwind with 115bhp 2-stroke (35 knots we reckon) , full cabin / full canopy (so we can go to Rotto, get drunk in the Quokka Arms and sleep it off), Ice box (which the missus thinks is for live bait / catches but is for beer:beer: )

You could be onto something there. If we wait until May when WA is rumoured to be extending the first home owners grant and claim it as a HOUSE-boat (it has a bed after all) then sell it to my daughter for a week's pocket money she could claim back $thousands:D
