getting a job
 

I have applied for a skilled independant visa and I am now in a position where I need to start planning how to get a job in Oz. My agent has not been very forthcoming with any advice and so as usual I am turning to you guys.

I am currently working as a network analyst with a telecomms company, but I have a number of years experience in other data analysis type roles. I am looking to move to Perth.

Does anyone have any experiences of arranging a job before emigrating that they could share with everyone?

Are there any specialist recruitment agenices for overseas jobs that are U.K. based?

Any advice/comments would be welcome as I don't really want to get out to Oz and then find that I spend the next 6 months and all my savings looking for a job !!
