Get a new life - new series?

Hi, have read a couple of threads which refer to a new series of Get a New Life, or the other one, is it New Life Down Under or something? Never seem to get around to switching tellie on these days, is this right, am I missing some must see viewing - anyone know if and when its on?

Thanks

There is going to be a one off special on a "New Life Down under One year On" .

Channel 4.

A NEW LIFE DOWN UNDER: ONE YEAR ON

Thursday 22 July, 8pm

Every year, thousands of Britons move to Australia in search of a new life in sunnier climes. But at over 11,000 miles it's a big step to take and a long way to leave friends and family behind.

In Channel 4’s A New Life Down Under, cameras followed families as they set up home in Australia. Some adapted more successfully than others, but each had their own unique problems.

But how have they fared since? This one-off programme reveals how three of the families are settling into the Australian way of life, and reflects on their experiences over the last 15 months.

We catch up with Lorraine Singleton from Blackpool, who always dreamt of a life in the sun; the Skeggs family, who moved to Perth without ever having visited the country; and Rachel Russell, whose new life on the Gold Coast was threatened by money worries.

This sounds suspiciously like the "one off update" that has been repeated about 4 times so far........

Claire

PS. Wish they would do an update on the update!

It was a good series but for some of them they could make a new series called 'New Life Down Under One Year On & Back On Top'
