What you are saying is object oriented programing concepts.. VB and Java both uses that...OOps faundamental. But you cannot write C++ and Java code in VB...just fyi..

Perth tap-water is probably the worst, as it has an extremely high salt content (Alot of W.A. used to be under the sea millions of years ago). W.A. has the highest number of heart-disease in Aus, due to drinking the salty water for so long.

The salt is derived from low concentration salt in rain water and accumulates because evaporation has exceeded precipitation over a long time.
